In Lylia's Garden

Well hello there! I'm in a rather jolly mood as I've just had a stroll around a pretty village in the sunshine & had a very sophisticated coffee & croissant with hubby and little one in Brasserie Blanc no less! To top it off we're going on a summer break & I am bursting at the seams to get going. The thought of warm sunshine on my skin, beautiful food, watching films, relaxing with my family & all the sleep I can possibly wish for is just too much! lol!

So I may be away from my blog for a while too (haven't decided how long yet). But before I go here's a new print that is available in my NOTHS & Etsy shop. It was commissioned by one of my lovely customers who had already bought my Evie's Dream print & wanted another print to go with it. I decided to name the painting after her daughter & call it 'In Lylia's Garden', they now own the original & a print.

If you are at all curious about my little white rabbit, he was originally inspired by my own daughter. When she was 10 months old, I often wondered what she dreamt about as she slept so peacefully, was she dreaming about playing in a magical garden I wondered? And collecting flowers with a big white rabbit........?

Have a great weekend everyone, be back soon :)

P.S I am closing my shops for my summer break, but if you are interested in buying a print do let me know & I can message you when my shops are open again.
